Hot pot : Roasted hand in Germany style
After washing the hand very carefully, just add vinegar and soya bean sause and leave it for an hour.
Put it in an electric pot filled with soup base and heat it for two hours to make it soft.
It is ready to serve and vegetables is recommended to add.

熱熏: 烤德國貓手
在非常仔細地清洗貓手以後, 加醋和生抽和放它一個小時。用電煲用加上湯加熱二個小時使它軟化。服務並且推薦加菜一起吃。



Cold dish : cold ham leg in Shanghai style
After washing the leg very carefully, boil the leg in chinese wine and chinese vinegar for half an hour.
Put it in ice water to cool it down very quickly and cut it into tiny piece to serve.
Jellyfish is highly recommended to add.

冷盤: 熏貓蹄
非常仔細地清洗貓腿以後, 煮沸貓腿在中國酒和中國醋裡為半小時。投入它在冰水裡使它非常迅速地冷卻下來,切片上碟。推薦增加海沂。
